This is our standard process. Pins can be plated in gold,
nickel or black nickel with shiny colors put into each
cavity. All colors are separated by a metal border.

this process highlights details that would be difficult
to see in a traditional Cloisonelle process.

Fine Pewter
This process is an excellent choice for those impossible
rush orders. We can get these out our door in as little
as 24 hours. As in Traditional Antique, fine pewter shows
details beautifully.
Executive Lasercut:
This is a synthetic hard enamel process that has been
used for centuries in the orient. We have adapted it to
North American technology. The plated metal and enamels
are at the same level and the colors become matte instead
of shiny.
Fine Pewter Lasercut:
Our newest, hottest technique! Mixing fine pewter and
lasercut technologies, we have achieved a polished pewter
raised surface against a dark black recessed area. Excellent
for cutout letters and to make a statement with your logo.
Also available in as little as 24 hours.
Executive Sandblast:
For the discernig tastes, each pin is sandblasted and
individually laser polished to make a shiny surface with
a textured recessed area. Used for gold on gold or nickel
on nickel.
Padprinted:
For lettering or details that need to be in color , we
can screen print on an cloisonelle background.
